The terms governing use of the CardRevive website and submission services.
These terms govern your use of cardrevive.com.au and the restoration, conservation and grading-middleman services provided by CardRevive (ACN 690 197 267). By submitting cards or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Our services are available to collectors aged 18 and over, or to minors with the consent of a parent or guardian. By submitting cards you confirm you have the legal right to do so and that the cards are not stolen, counterfeit, or subject to any third-party claim.
All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and on photographs supplied. Final pricing is determined after physical assessment and may differ from the initial estimate. We will notify you of any material change before proceeding.
We reserve the right to decline any submission for any reason, including suspected counterfeit, irreparable damage, or service capacity.
Card restoration involves inherent risk. Despite our care and our use of non-invasive, conservation-grade methods, an outcome cannot be guaranteed for every card. We assess each card before treatment and will advise where risk is elevated.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any loss or damage to a card under our care is limited to the lesser of (a) the documented fair market value of the card on the date of receipt, and (b) the total amount paid by you for that submission. We strongly recommend insuring high-value cards in transit.
Payment is taken before dispatch via Stripe. Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) applies where required. Quotes are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.
When you select grading middleman support, we coordinate intake, packaging, declaration of value, dispatch and return on your behalf. We act as an intermediary; the grading house determines the final grade and is solely responsible for that determination.
All content on cardrevive.com.au, including text, photography, layout and brand marks, is owned by CardRevive or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute it without prior written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The courts of New South Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms.
