Indent repair

Targeted lifting of dents and impressions so the card surface sits flush again. Subject to inspection and approval.

Crease treatment

$200 per card + 2.5% of value

Reduction of bends and creases, subject to inspection and approval. The 2.5% applies on Standard, Express and Priority; it does not apply on 48-Hour Priority, though the $200 always does.

Mould removal

$150 per card

Specialist conservation cleaning for cards damaged by humidity, water exposure or microbial growth. Separate from the basic surface clean in Inspection, Clean and Pregrade.

Slab cracking

$20 per card

Careful removal of a card from its PSA, BGS, PCG, ACE or CGC slab before treatment or resubmission.

Honesty on alteration

Will grading houses flag a restored card?

Any work on a card is technically alteration, and PSA, BGS, PCG, ACE and CGC each make that call themselves; it is never ours to promise away. What we can do is dramatically improve a card's chance of a higher grade: 97% of the cards we treat pass grading post-repair, and we tell you upfront when a card's risk is elevated.

The fine print

Turnaround times are estimates and are quoted in business days.
Inspection depends on how you submit: grading-only pass-through is free with no assessment, mail-in and online submissions are A$10 per card, and in-person inspection at the counter is A$20 per card with A$10 of it credited toward restoration booked on the spot.
Inspection, Clean and Pregrade is A$30 per card in addition to the applicable inspection fee (A$40 all-in for mail-in and online submissions, A$50 all-in in person). It covers a visual inspection, a basic surface spray and wipe, identification of visible defects and a pregrade opinion, never a grade guarantee. Same-day completion is subject to capacity, and it excludes all specialist work.
Percentage pricing is calculated on the card's agreed value, confirmed with you before any work begins.
48-Hour Priority is limited to a maximum of 5 cards per person per week. The 48-hour clock starts once cards have been received, checked in and assessed; shipping and grading-company time are not included.
Specialist repairs: Indent A$100 per card. Crease A$200 per card plus 2.5% of the agreed card value on Standard, Express and Priority (the 2.5% does not apply on 48-Hour Priority; the A$200 always does). Mould removal A$150, a specialist conservation treatment. Slab cracking A$20 per card.
Submissions lock at lodgement. You can withdraw a submission within 24 hours of lodging it, adjust it and lodge it again. Additional cards form a new submission at then-current pricing.
An A$25 cancellation fee applies if you cancel an order.
Return shipping is A$19.99 for tracked Express Post, or free pickup from our Sydney intake address.
Grading up-charge is calculated as a percentage of card value assessed on raw value at intake, then reconciled against final graded value at completion.
Restoration work typically achieves a 1–3-point grading upgrade.
